In the winter of '03, kindly blaxploitation actor John Lincoln gets physical at an anti-war protest rally -- and soon finds himself blacklisted from working in Hollywood...

As President Bush increases rhetoric to invade Iraq, and the mood of the country (and John Lincoln's financial status) plummets, our hero decides to stop the war against Iraq by drawing on his past experience in the Special Ops Forces, and traveling to Baghdad to rid the world of Saddam Hussein - all by himself.

Amidst the pre-war bombing and the disgruntled Baghdad citizenry, John Lincoln accidentally hooks up with an undercover CIA operative, Habib, and ... eventually disposes of Saddam Hussein.

And that's when things get weird.

Lincoln and Habib return to the United States and find themselves invited to Camp David to be thanked and well-rewarded by none other than President George W. Bush, himself.

But during the weenie roast at Camp David, George W. reveals that he, his family and his cabinet are descendents of an ancient race of Lizard-people, intent on destroying the human race, so they can finally take over the planet.

Pursued by Bush, Rumsfeld and the Lizard-politicians of the past, Lincoln and Habib narrowly escape from Camp David and bring their cry of freedom to real America!

But will they be heard!?
